Individual Tickets for the 2012 US Open are on sale June 11th, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Please note that pricing and sale dates are subject to change and all purchases are subject to the specific terms of the sale. Tickets will be available for purchase several different ways. They can be purchased by visiting either

What are the operating hours of the US Open Ticket Office?
Starting with the general public on-sale date on Monday, June 11, 2012, business hours for the US Open Ticket Office are between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Saturdays. Please note that the Box Office is closed Sundays and on Wednesday, July 4, 2012. During the US Open August 27-September 9, operating hours are extended from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. In the event of inclement weather or site closings, the US Open Box Office will also be closed.

Does Ticketmaster ship internationally?
No - Ticketmaster's policy for the 2012 US Open is that it does not ship tickets to international patrons. Those who are arriving from outside the United States for the US Open must pick up their tickets at the Will Call Booth with identification and the credit card they used to purchase the tickets.
Will Call is located at the East Gate Ticket Office of the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, right next to Parking Lot B. During the Open, the Ticket Office will open each day at 9:00 a.m. and close at 9:00 p.m.

How do I purchase good seats?
Each year, the US Open continues to grow in popularity, and demand for tickets increases, as well. Tickets to certain sessions can sell out shortly after they go on sale. In order to obtain a good seat to the US Open, you can become a Full Series Ticket Subscription holder. As a Series Ticket holder, you can gain the opportunity through a series of yearly renewals to upgrade your seat. All first-year Series Ticket Holders have the opportunity to start out in the Lower Promenade Level.

The USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center is wheelchair accessible, with ramps, elevators and escalators, and offers wheelchair accessible seating in two levels of Arthur Ashe Stadium and one level of Louis Armstrong Stadium, all subject to availability. Why are my seats in the Promenade if I booked so far in advance?
All seating is sold on a best-available basis. Full Series Subscriptions make up for the vast majority of the lower-level seats in Ashe Stadium. How many matches are played in Arthur Ashe Stadium during a given session?
The schedule for each day's matches is posted on
www.usopen.org the night before they occur. Traditionally during the Day Session, there are three matches played in Arthur Ashe Stadium. During the evening, there are typically two matches played in Arthur Ashe Stadium. This is subject to both weather and schedule changes. Ultimately, the number of matches is determined by the Referee's Office and is subject to change at any time.

What are the different types of Day Session tickets?
There are three different types of Day Session tickets.
- Arthur Ashe Stadium - (Reserved Seating) - Provides an assigned seat in the main stadium along with first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and all of the field courts.
- Louis Armstrong Stadium (Reserved Seating) - Provides an assigned seat in the Loge level of Louis Armstrong Stadium, along with first-come, first-served access to the Grandstand and all of the field courts. Louis Armstrong tickets are only sold for the first nine days of the tournament.
- Grounds Admission (General Admission) - Provides first-come, first-served access to Louis Armstrong Stadium, the Grandstand and all of the field courts. Grounds Admissions are only sold for the first eight days of the tournament.

No, the only ticket that permits access into Arthur Ashe Stadium is an Arthur Ashe Stadium reserved ticket.

Are there any Grounds Admission tickets released on the day of the event?
Each day that Grounds Admission tickets are sold, there will be a LIMITED number of Grounds Admission tickets held over to be sold on the day of the event. The number does vary, and it does depend on the number of tickets sold in advance. Ultimately, the number of Grounds Admission tickets sold is determined at the discretion of the Facility Manager.

US Open patrons now have the opportunity to resell their unused tickets in a secured fan-to-fan environment, sanctioned by the USTA. There are many websites that may look very legitimate, but they are not affiliated in any way with the USTA.

Yes, we offer US Open Full Series Subscriptions and Mini-Plans that include benefits only available to subscribers. A Full Series Subscription includes tickets to the full two weeks of the US Open. Mini-Plans are combinations of various sessions for the US Open. Each plan is different in that they each cover a different number of day and/or evening sessions. You will be automatically invoiced for the same seat(s) the following year and opt to keep the same seat(s) for the duration of your plan or even request an opportunity to upgrade. In addition, as a subscriber, you will have the ability to manage your tickets online and post tickets for sale for sessions that you are unable to attend.

Are there any on-site ticket upgrades?
Ticket holders may upgrade their tickets at the Ticket Upgrade Windows for an additional cost. All available seats are released to the Upgrade Windows the day of the session. Located inside the East Gate adjacent to the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center Box Office, the Upgrade Windows are generally open from 12 p.m.- 8 p.m. daily. You may also visit the Ticket Upgrade Windows to purchase tickets for the remaining sessions of the 2012 US Open. Upgrades are subject to availability and hours of operation are subject to change.

There are many websites across the Internet that advertise US Open tickets that are not affiliated with the US Open in any way. The USTA highly advises against purchasing tickets through these unauthorized sites. No, they are exactly the same as the type of tickets that can be purchased through Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster and the US Open Box Office both work off of the same networked computer system; at the time of your inquiry the same exact seating is available at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center's Box Office.

Can I leave a ticket to be picked-up at a will call window?
Due to overwhelming volume, the East Gate Will Call window does not accommodate public will call (including box holders, series and all ticket plan holders) or individual ticket purchasers. Will call drop off tickets will ONLY be accepted from USTA credentialed staff, such as:
- All members of the USTA committees
- Sponsors and corporate hospitality clients
- Members of the media, umpires and staff

What is the earliest time I can get into the gates?
The earliest you can enter the grounds is at 10 a.m. for the Day Session and 6 p.m. for the Evening Session. On the final Sunday, the earliest you can enter the grounds is 11 a.m. Please note that all sessions and gate entry times are subject to change.

I lost my ticket. Is there anything that can be done?
Individual tickets purchased at the Box Office or through Ticketmaster outlets will NOT be replaced under any circumstance. Subject to availability, the Box Office will make their best effort to accommodate with the purchase of new tickets.
For individual tickets purchased through Ticketmaster phone or Internet, the purchaser must contact Ticketmaster's customer service phone center in order to make arrangements for tickets to be reprinted at the Box Office on the day of the session in question. The original purchaser must bring identification and the original credit card used in order for the tickets to be reprinted.
